I'm really excited about Shemaia's products! I purchased the waist trainer and I wear it while working. It is much more comfortable than any other I have worn before. I think I actually lost an inch. They run one size off so if you are a medium, buy a large etc. I had to return the medium but Shemaia provided amazingly quick service and I had the large in no time. I highly recommend these products and I encourage you to try them. Shemaia is quite the entrepreneurial spirit. You won't be disappointed. If you can come up with some light weights for wrists I would definitely buy those too.

I love this waist trainer! It’s one of the most comfortable waist trainers that I’ve ever bought. It’s honestly so comfortable that I wearing during my 5 hour shift at work. I also love the Velcro closure piece. Hands down one of my favorite Elite Lux Home Fitness purchases!! High recommend
